No smoking, pets or parties. Portable air-conditioning unit is available in this property, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. The apartment is located on the fourth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Please note, Bedroom 2 is only accessible via the principal bedroom. The curtains in the apartment are not blackout curtains. The washing machine is located in the kitchen. A parking space is available on request.
