No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. A sofa bed can be found in the living room. This small double is best suited to one adult or two children. At the request of the owner, please ensure you water the plants during your stay. This property is located on the lower ground floor (garden level) with one flight of stairs down to the entrance (approximately eight steps). The area has many artistic connections. The London Film Academy is in the street and at the top of the road, there is the Dance Attic which theatre, TV, film and rock artists have used to rehearse their acts. Amongst the famous people who have visited it are Sting, Mick Jagger, Kylie Minogue David Hasselhoff and Helena Bonham-Carter. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
