No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. This apartment is currently on the market for sale. Viewings may take place during your stay with sufficient notice. The apartment is located on the 4th floor with lift access. Underground parking available on request for an additional fee of £20 per day. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
