Please note, façade renovation works are currently taking place in the first courtyard; however, the apartment overlooks a separate second courtyard, ensuring that the works are not visible from the property, although access is via the initial courtyard.A double sofa bed can be found in the living room. Although there is no microwave, there is a mini oven that can heat at 60°C and defrost. The apartment is located on the third floor and can be accessed by a lift.
