No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Note a small room on the top floor will be made private and not for guest use. A well-behaved dog will be considered on request. Note the outdoor terrace furniture will be removed but replaced with some outdoor chairs. Also, please note this property is for sale and there may be viewings with 24 hours notice. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
