No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Please note, this home is set over 2 floors (ground floor and lower ground floor) and there is no lift. The second and third bedrooms are separated by a bifold door that can be pulled across as a room divider. Please be aware that when the divider is across, the second bedroom has no window access. There is an additional pull-out bed beneath the trundle beds in both the second and third bedrooms, sleeping an extra 2 guests if required. There's a sofa bed in the living room to sleep 1 extra guest. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
