No smoking, pets or parties! This apartment is located on the ground floor. Air conditioning is available in the living area. A TV can be found in the principal bedroom, whilst a film projector is available in the secondary living area. The WC is also separate from the bathroom. Please note, Oberkampf metro station is directly adjacent to the building entrance.
