No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. The sofa bed is only suitable for x1 extra guest. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
