The home is split over a raised ground and lower ground floor, so there are a few steps between living areas. Portable fans are available to keep you cool during the summer months. Please note that there are ongoing building works at the property next door. These are from Monday-Friday from 8am-4pm with a 1 hour break from 12-1pm. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
