No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Suitable for Infants but this property is not suitable for children. The two study rooms upstairs will be locked during your stay. Please note, the piano will be covered and cannot be used. Off-street parking is available for two cars. If you require public transport from here, the 88 and 214 bus routes are close at hand with Archway Underground station also a short walk away. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
