No smoking, pets or parties. Two of the beds are small doubles, suited to one adult or two children. Although there is no air conditioning in the property, four small portable electric fans are available to help you keep cool during the summer. Please note, the garden is within earshot of the railway line that runs behind, so you might hear trains with the windows open. There is a gym in the garden studio that is available to guests.
