No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Third floor flat, no lift. The roof terrace is accessed via a steep ladder. The back of the property looks over the railway lines, however double glazing ensures it’s quiet and does not disturb. Please note the dishwasher is currently not in use. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
