No smoking, pets and parties. One room (not pictured) will be locked with no guest access. The fourth bedroom (in the attic) now has one King-sized bed rather than the double bed pictured. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
