No smoking, pets or parties! Please be aware the home’s security system incorporates a camera which will only capture footage in the event of the alarm being activated. The WCs are separate from the bathrooms. The apartment is located on the fifth floor and can be accessed by a lift. There will be air conditioning which refers to two portable units, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. A parking space is available on demand at the time of booking. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
