No smoking/vaping, pets or parties. Please ensure kids do not climb out of the Velux windows onto the roof! The master bedroom’s dressing room is private, as is a 5th bedroom on the second floor. Please note that the owner's cleaner comes for a few hours on a Tuesday. To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 21-years old. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.

Our standard check in time is between 15:00 and 21:00. Please get in touch if you’d like to request a check-in outside of these hours. For check ins between 21:00 - 23:00 there will be an additional fee. Baby cot and highchair are also available to be hired. We look forward to welcoming you!
