No smoking, pets or parties. This apartment is located on the fifth floor and can be accessed by a lift. Please note, refurbishment work is currently taking place at the neighbouring building, so be aware of potential noise intrusion. Portable air-conditioning unit is available in this property, keep in mind an exhaust tube needs to be placed out the window, leaving these slightly open during use. Also, the bedroom is equipped with air-conditionning. The kitchen is equipped with most key amenities, however it does not have a coffee machine. Please note the washing machine is concealed behind a cabinet door in the kitchen. Although we always endeavour for accuracy, there may be rare occasions where the listing photography and description do not provide an exact representation of the home’s amenities.
